Auction News page
Several years ago, the FCC changed the way they awarded Construction Permits (CP) for AM and FM radio stations. Now, when a frequency is allocated for a city, it goes up to an auction and the highest bidder gets it. Look here to see if any frequencies have been alloted near your location.
The FCC has issued Report and Orders (R&O) for several allotments that you'll find on this page. However, filing windows will not open until the auction process has been determined. If you would like a complete list, please contact us. We will also be happy to address any questions you may have.
